Hello everyone,
My name is James O'Riley (prefer Jim). I have always loved to draw from and early age but have never had the opportunity to persue anything on a professional level. I have now reached a point in my life where I can spend more time persuing my art and hope to earn some sort of profit (Although to be honest the money side isnt all that important...would be nice but not the priority)
My first love has been comics although I am no longer a collector I always enjoy drawing them. I have done pencils, charcoals, paintings, sculpture and wood burnings...some of my art is featured here on this site.
What I am looking for now is the opportunity to create comics (especially since I have discovered the digital age) and to do it for the right reason....The love of the art.....I am currently working for projects and am currently working with a talented writer Shawn Simmons who has written a script we are working on and hope to make into a digital comic.
Anyone who is interested in collaberating and or interested in my work please leave me a message.....

Just a quick update of where Im at and what Ive been working on:
I have been finishing up my first ever commission from the wonderful Editor at Grayhaven Comics Erica Heflin....I will post it at a later date. Thank you Erica for the work and the belief in my artwork!!!...and also landing me my next commission with James and Sean (an epic 52 page black and white comic)
I have been working on finishing up two works for Grayhaven Comics: A Scifi Horror story written by Brad Nelson and a War story written by Marc Lombardi some of the progress is posted in my gallery under Grayhaven. These are apart of their upcoming The Gathering anthologies.
